Default Mites or dry skin?

Tonight while my hedgehog Arowen was in her snuggle bag I noticed she was itching a little. Maybe 3-4 times at most. She also did a head shake thing like dogs do. I checked her over and didn't see any scabs/bleeding/bald spots. I also noticed within the last few weeks she started quilling a little bit, not crazy, maybe a couple quills every couple of days. She's 9 months old so I'm not sure if she's going through another quilling phase? I noticed on one or two of the quills she's dropped that there was a skin flake and I read that that can be a sign of mites. If it's just with a couple of quills is it for sure mites? The rest of her quills have the bulbs. She does have more dry/flaky skin. She's a little overdue for a bath by maybe a couple weeks (only bathe her once a month or one every two months) and I was planning on dropping a bit of olive oil on her to help the dry skin. I'm going to do a full clean of her cage tomorrow as she's due for that too. I'm just worried it's mites, any signs she has are minor but I'm just being an over worried hedgie mom. Sorry for the long post, thanks in advance to anyone that responds!
