Unhappy Fabrics for cage liners/ hedgie bags

Okay, so I am planning on geting my hedgehog soon and I really want to make sure if the fabric I'm using will be safe.

So I was planning on making outer layer of either one out of 100% cotton, and then the inner layers (2 for cage liner, and 1 for bag) a 70% Rayon and 30% nylon mix... and due to the fact that there is nothing on that I am just wondering...

I would get fleece but it is fairly hard to find fabric stores let alone anyone to take you... (drivers licences in Feb.) Also I have a knack for re-using old fabric from past projects, it helps save money.

So yeah... if you guys could help that'd be AWESOME

If you can't get to a fabric store to pick up fleece, you can get it pretty easily by buying fleece blankets at WalMart, Target, Family Dollar, or even the dollar store.

No felt isn't safe for hedgehogs, its not woven and a hedgehogs nails can easily get caught in it.
