Default Tube bed

Hi. I just picked up and curved tunnel and put some fleece inside and Percy has made himself quite at home in it. He's actually snoring away. My question is, as I look into the cage, I'm wondering if the curve design would be bad for his back? It's much larger than the photo shows and seems to be quite roomy, but is this maybe a bad idea for him? I have one made out of fleece and he likes that it's curved, so I thought this plastic one would be a good idea. I have seen people use pvc tubes for them to play in, but I'm wondering about it being a permanent bed.

As long as he's comfortable in it, there shouldn't be any problem. If you're worried you might try offering another bed for him somewhere else in the cage and let him choose which he things is most cozy.

Thank you. I wont worry then, but I will stick a fleece pouch in tonight just incase he prefers that. He is known to pee in his bed, so I figured this would be a good alternative to keep the fleece liner from getting wet and easier to clean, but it's all about the hedgy and what he wants.
