Default my hedgehog wont run on his wheel

Ive had my hedgehog panda for about 5 months now and he used to run on his wheel every night. I just got him a bigger cage and changed the bedding to fleece and also got him a heat lamp because where I live its really cold. So since thats happened he hasnt been running on his wheel. I dont know if it's because he has to get used to the new cage and bedding or if it's because the heat lamp light is bothering him but I can't turn that off without him getting cold.So I dont know what to do

Is the heat lamp emitting light? It should be a ceramic heat emitter which emits no light whatsoever. Even a red or black lamp can cause them to stay hidden.

Seconded Gruff's question. Sounds like it is since you mentioned heat lamp light. So you need to get a CHE bulb, which is a flat round disc with a knob sticking out of it to plug it into the lamp. You also need to have a thermostat to control the lamp and make sure the temperature stays steady. And you'll want to double-check the lamp you're using to make sure that it's safe to use a CHE in it - not all lamps can be used with them because they get too hot. It should say somewhere on the lamp or on its box (if you still have it) if it's CHE-safe.

* If you don't have the box anymore, the part where you screw the bulb in on a CHE-safe lamp is ceramic instead of metal.

(CHE = ceramic heat emitter)
