Default Wheels and overweight hogs

Okay so I only got a camera in Holly's viv after she was overweight.
Her first wheel that she had from when I first got her 20th June 2018 till the 17th August when I got a free second hand tic tac wheel.

The first wheel (savic wheel) is 10.7"
The tic tac wheel is 10.6"
Now this is where you need to look at the picture because I am really bad at explaining things.
The running bit of the savic from the back to front is 4" and the tic tac is 5.8"

Now the reason I changed the wheel was because Holly kept slipping off the savic on which I only saw on the camera after she was overweight - so I assumed its just because she is overweight she kept slipping off. I don't know if she was actually slipping off before she got very woverweight.

With the tic tac after watching the videos close after she got used to the wheel with getting it to stop and not keep swinging, I've noticed she still seems to slip off a bit - not as bad as she did with the savic though.

Now my question is, do you think its just because she is a bit overweight still, or is it something to do with the size of the wheel or maybe it's just her and the way she runs?
I just dont know how much her weight is affecting her running on the wheel and slipping off.

Can you try tilting the wheel up in the front some and that should keep her from slipping out. If ours is tilted down to much 3 times around and out she goes !

No I was told that's as far up as it can tilt, its already as straight as it can go apparently.
I have not tried because where its so rusted I dont want it breaking as I dont have the time to fix it till next month.

Do you notice the wheel tilting down when she runs on it? If not, then I doubt it's her weight that the issue and more likely just the way she runs.

Coco has a tictac wheel; i notice sometimes she'll slip off it. Not that the wheel tilts her off, but she ends up just running to the edge of the wheel and falling off. Honestly, I've owned many species who use wheels; i havent had a single one not fall off at least once during their nightly marathons.

No it doesn't dip when she runs, but its not once its like 7-8 times in a row in about 5 mins of running.

Holly is the first pet i've had that needs a wheel, and a lot of videos I've seen shared the hogs dont seem to fall off at all or very much.

The main issue I have with her falling off is where the bucket came free its not best condition and I cant keep taping up this massive bit thats really sharpe I tried sanding it down but it wont go very smooth, so she catches her foot, but also not so much with the tic tac more with the savic but she can land on her back feet pretty rough and I dont want her getting badly hurt.

if she's falling off that much, I would size up the wheel. She does look a little cramped on it in the picture, and that could be why she's falling off.

I think the next size up is either 14 or 16"; that will possibly solve the issue. I dont think its because she's overweight, i honestly think the wheel is likely too small for her.

I'll buy a bigger bowl and swap it when I swap the bearings
Its cheaper than buying a whole new wheel especially at this time of year. Just dont want to her to fall and then break a leg.
I'd put a video on her instagram from the cameras recording but my laptop is having issues.
