Hedgehog not using wheel
Hey! My hedgehog is about 4 months old and I’ve had her for 3 weeks. I’m concerned because I’ve never seen her use her wheel. I tried putting her on it once and she just wanted to get off I’m afraid she’s not getting enough exercise. Any tips? Is this normal?

There can be several reasons. Are her toenails long and needing trimmed? Try tilting the wheel back a little more, it helps keep them from running out or falling out when they wheel. Is it completely dark at night? Ours will not run if there is any light at night including from a full moon.She may be using it some and not messing on it. A little flour on the wheel will show any use. Is it low enough for her to get in easy?
