The smallest bag I have come across is 15 pounds. Any idea where one can find smaller bags? Do theyeven make smaller bags? (I live in Canada...)

If I remember correctly, they did sell 6-pound bags at the pet store I worked at, a Pet Supplies Plus. Not sure where you'd be able to find it in Canada, though, I'm sorry.

It's not a huge deal if I can't find a smaller bag, but I think a 15 pound bag would last a VERY long time. Someone who uses litter please correct me if I'm wrong. I've just been using a lid under her wheel and since she wants to eat (or at the very least tear it to bits) paper towel I've gone without. Since I am getting a CSW wheel I will have a litter box and I have heard more positive things about Yesterday's news than anything else.

I buy mine in 8lb bags from Pet Habitat, but I always buy two at once so I think 15lbs is not really a lot.

Also keep in mind that buying in bulk is cheaper, and that litter won't expire, so as long as you have the space to store the open bag, I would just go ahead with the 15-pound bag.
