I noticed that too, but one of the reviews mentions using it for a ceramic heater. I think it works the same.

Yup, but according to the specs on Hydrofarms website it's rated for "Max current: 8.3 amps / 1000 watts", which is way above the requirements for my 150W CHE

I use this setup right now with a humidity and thermometer setup stuck inside my enclosure. I wish I saw this post earlier! I'd have preferred being able to see and set the specific temperature instead of just a broad range =(

Can you use the Hydrofarm one with a heat lamp? It says it is for heat mats.
