A thanks or a like button?
On this one forum I go on for ball pythons we have this feature that lets you thank people that post in threads.
I think this would be a great idea to add here. (if possible?)
Not only is a good way to say thanks for a question answered. But say like if someone asks a question like....
"Do I need a light for my cage?"
Someone answers "Yes because -insert 1000 reasons here-"
Others can thank the user that posted it and then I think it's a good way to get the point across that everyone agrees without a billion yes. Or no one else answers cause it's been covered then that person is like "well is this right?" and gets all doubtful.
Or I guess it also shows that if someone says "no" to the above question and it has no likes that people disagree.
Just a thought.
I'll post a link to the forum just so you can see what I mean and how it's used. http://ball-pythons.net/forums/forum.php
Sorry if its not really a good idea
I just know sometimes when I'm on here I'll see someones post that I couldn't agree with more. But can't really say so without it feeling like spam.

Re: A thanks or a like button?
I think being repetitive is a good thing because often in agreeing a poster will give an example of why they agree. I don't feel that a like button would accomplish quite the same thing.
