Two days a go my hedgehog got a bump or swollen in the side of her cheek and I don’t know what to do, she go a different one before and it went away so I don’t know if I should just pay attention to her to see if it goes down. She still active, eating, drink, running but should I just take her to a vet.

Something like this absolutely warrants a vet appointment. The sooner you can get her seen, the better.

Yes that needs a vet visit real soon. It will start hindering eating and drinking and maybe breathing. It may be something as simple as a bad tooth that is infected but it needs looked at soon.
