How old do babies have to be before I can handle them?
So, yah, how old must the babies be before I can pick them up?
I have 3 babies right now and all of them are 3 weeks and 2 days old. The mom still nurses them, but they are starting to poke and lick the solid food their mom has. So I wanted to know when I can sex them and if there would be any trouble of abandonment at this age?

At 3 weeks you should be ok with handling. Just get them out briefly, one at a time. If Mom does fine with that you can start holding them longer.
