Default Mom attacking 3 1/2 week old babies

Hey everyone. As you may know, about a month ago I posted about my mother Hedgehog Lilly and her surprise litter. It IS her first litter. I've started handling the babies at 3 weeks, and everything has been ok.

There are 3 babies, almost a month old now. Except, one is a noticeable runt, and she hasn't really taken as good care of him as the other 2. He has developed a scabby leg from a possible bite. Now, Lilly is charging and viciously attacking him.

I pulled him out and separated him.
My question is, should I pull all the babies out to keep them all together?

At almost 4 weeks hand feeding should be easyer if shez hurting one and marks on them it don't seem like shez trying to wean I personaly would seperate from mom and do the hand feeding.
You don't want scabs they can get infected fast with a dirty cage ( due to not being able to clean it) is she feeding the others.

If she's not hurting the others, leave them with her and just pull the little one. If she starts going after the others then pull them too but they are better off with mom as long as she is taking care of them.

Yup exactly what Nancy said. Leave the 2 babes that she hasn't attacked yet with her that is their best chance. If she starts attacking them then pull them and as below start hand feeding them.

With the little one you who was attacked you can hand feed him with a Hedgehog Formula mix below:

Hedgehog formula (hand feeding)
1 part Goat’s milk Esbilac
1 part Puppy Esbilac
1 part Chamomile tea
1 part acidophilus (at about 3 weeks cut back on this)
1-2 parts water (depending on age)

Add baby rice cereal at about 2.5 –3 weeks of age
Add canned pate at about 3.5 weeks of age
Provide a dish, at all times, crushed Baby Cat 34 at 4.5 weeks of age

Feed him every 3-4hrs at this stage to see if he is gaining some weight. For the amount to feed PM HedgiePets (Deneen) she has the most experience with hand feeding at all ages so she can be of more help with the amount.
