Default Abandoned Baby?

So my mommy hedgehog Cupcake had 3 babies but 2 of them have already passed away =(
I only have one little one left she is also only a week old and I dont know if I should just hand feed her now. Last night there was a lot squeaking but I didnt check up on her cause I didnt want to disturb the mom but this morning I went to change the food and water and noticed that the baby is missing a huge patch of quills. Im assuming that the mommy had her in her mouth and ripped the quills out. She was left alone on the other side of the cage as well.

Should I start to raise her myself? If so how do I do it? I already got goats milk is there anything else I need?

Babies best chance is with a mom. Are there any breeders near you that have a young litter that would be willing to foster her?

If you feel mom is attacking the baby you can try hand raising but the chance of survival is low. Hand raising is also a very time consuming job requiring feeding every 2 hours, 24/7.

I've not hand raised either so can't be much help on the actual feeding.
