hello everyone!
I got my hedgehog, Bean, a little over 2 years ago. When I got him, he was about a year old and almost all of his quills were banded (white and brown). He has always had some dry skin (which we have been to the vet about several times) and thus sheds a lot, and over time almost all of his quills have started to grow back completely white! I’m just really curious about his color change since he’s well past the age of quilling - is it just part of the aging process? I’m not sure exactly what his original coloring is called, but I’ve attached before/after pics below! |
