So, I was looking for hedgehogs and I found one I LOVE, she is 2 weeks old and I can pick her up in 4 weeks. The weird thing is, and the reason I picked her is, her quills are pure brown. She has no white on them and her paws are white and she has a mask. What kind of hedgehog is she?

Her quills may drastically change between now and then or even after you pick her up in addition be very certain the hedgehog is ready to go at 6 weeks as that is the earliest age of weening and really they should be given time on observation by the breeder to ensure they thrive on their own.
Without seeing an exact picture there is not way to tell as there are many shades of brown on quills and in addition the color of the mask, eye patches, skin colour would also play into deciding their colour most hedgehog accurate colouring is done after the first or second adult quilling |

At two weeks old she doesn't have her adult colour yet. She could completely change colour when she does her 9 week quilling. You can't know what colour they are till they are at least 9 weeks old.
