Talking Gretta ate a Meal Worm!

I know this is beyond pathetic to brag about, but Gretta finally ate a mealworm
This funny girl has been running away from them every time I've offered them. I tried leaving them in a dish in her cage, but that ended when I found a mealworm in my bedroom (how it got there I have no idea, I can only assume Miss Gretta let the mealworms free and they were headed towards me to seek vengeance).
Apparently Gretta is rather shy when it comes to eating and prefers to eat while hidden in a paper bag she was playing in. I put one in there to see what she would do and after like 5 minutes I heard her munching away!
Silly Gretta.
I also didn't know where to put this post- I think we need a hedgehog bragging forum.

Hopefully she loved it and will eat more...Olive loves mealies TOO much... and if you can believe it she BEGS for them..When she is in her play pen she runs up to the bars right where I am sitting and stands there like "you haz olive's cookiez!!!! Y u no hab Olive's cookie wormiezzz!!!" And then push the entire play pen twords me like "Olive getz cookies NOW!" Silly girl when I grab the bin they are in, she sits down like "I'z readiez for my mealiez momma!!! I beez good now!"

I know- Gretta is the only hedgehog I've had that will not eat them. Mason used to steal the lid of the container while I was trying to pick some out for him he was so impatient!
I think Lucy may be a bit sad. She usually gets an extra mealie when Gretta ignores her's.
