Default Odd Behaviour at Night

My hedgehog Luna, which is around 7 months old, is acting strange lately. I got her in the summer, and now its winter in Canada.

She has become pretty lazy and inactive at night. I have a camera setup which is why I know.

Her traits at night:

-Likes to sit in one spot OR goes to her igloo house. Active for only a few hours a night. E.g. I woke her up last night at 11 PM, she went back to bed at 3:30 AM for the rest of the night.
-Rarely goes on her wheel (bucket wheel). Only does it to go poop or pee
-Poops or pees once a night (used to be twice). Poop is regular, sometimes green tinge to it. Pee is yellow.
-Eats about 1 tbsp a night (used to be 1.5-2 when she was a baby), drinks a bit less water although nothing odd.
-No mucus/bubbles from nose or eyes
-Nails trimmed regularly.

Her Environment:

-2 connected bin cages, each with a CHE (100W)
-Temp was initially set at 23.5-24.5C (74F-76F), then I increased it to 24.5-25.5 C (76-78F)
-Additional space heater on at night since mid-Nov due to colder nights. Not on during the day for safety reasons when I'm not home.
-Light schedule: 6:30 AM to 7 PM using a lamp on timer
-Cages are in her own room, minimal noise
-Blinds closed at night

I believe those are all the details. Should I be concerned with her inactive behaviour?

It sounds like you have everything right. The one thing you might try is going to 78-80 F and see if anything changes. Our is a lot more active at that temp than 76-78. You wouldn't think a couple degrees would make that much difference but to her it sure does.

Thanks! I increased the temp to 78-80F, and she's been slightly more active. It's tough to get even temperatures in the cages which is normal.
