Default Dont want to be on his back

Hi, my hedgie seems to be afraid to be put in his back. He always crawl over to make his stomach meet the floor. So it is quite hard to dry his stomach after bath, and I cant see his other side of cuteness Is there any trick for this?

Also, my hedgie have this noticeable "dots" (not sure what the word to use) in his nose hair. Previous owner said it is normal because he is still two months. Will these dots disappear after he is older, or is there something wrong with him? I attach his picture. Thank you

Hedgies do not like to be on their backs because it exposes their stomach. What I do is gently rub the stomach side with the towel he's on.
Those noticeable dots just looks like where the whiskers are coming out from.
