Default Tampa, Florida - Hedgehog for Adoption

Hello all, I am a ghost on this forum but I cant describe how helpful you all are on this forum. With that said, I am trying to find a new home for my hedgehog. I took him in when my ex-girlfriend could not care for him and keep him safe from the litter of dogs she had at the time. Fast forward two years, and I still care for this little guy.

His name is Reggie and he is almost 4 years old now. He's still energetic and nice, but has a cyst on his back that does not bother him. The vet recommended not removing it, for she was worried it would become more problematic and he would be under too much stress. He's easy to care for since I've always been the one to clip his nails, bathe him, hold him, etc.... He was never really left alone for too long so he's very chill around people. He's also a little overweight and it has been a constant battle to help him lose weight, although he finally shed some fat when I switched his food to something he finally liked (and ate less of).

However, I am now moving across country and cannot bring him to where I am going. I know the odds of someone wanting an old hedgehog with a cyst are slim to none, but wanted to see if anyone in FLORIDA or SOUTHERN GEORGIA would want to take him. He's also at ease around other hedgehogs - my old neighbor had a male and the two got along fine.

Reggie will come with two cages, fleece blankets, toys, wheel, cleaning stuff, and food.

PM me and I will send pics and discuss meeting. I am not asking for any money, just a good home for the little guy. Thank you.

Thank you.

Just so you know, hedgehogs are illegal in Georgia so that isn't likely to be an option.
