This forum is more for African hedgehogs, that are kept as pets, and I'm not sure there's too many people on here that would know much about wild European hedgies. They're similar, but still pretty different. I would suggest looking up a wildlife or hedgehog rescue center someplace near you and take him there. They'd be better equipped to advise you on care, or to take care of him. He does look like he needs some extra care from that first video, but I don't know enough about those guys to know whether it'd be attempted hibernation or general weakness from lack of food, or what. I hope you can get some help for him though!
