Default Making a noisy wheel less noisy?

Prick uses a metal wheel and I was wondering if theres anything safe I can lubricate part of the wheel with to make it spin easier and be less noisy

Thats his wheel. If theres no way to make it less noisy can you suggest a quieter wheel?

Vasaline works great. I use it all the time. It's hedgehog safe and lasts much longer than vegetable oils. By any chance have the little plastic things shifted that the wheel is supposed to ride on? That has happened to a couple of my wheels like that and then it runs on bare metal. If so, try shoving the plastic thingy bag in place. Mine won't stay but it's worth trying.
