Default McDonald's Happy Meal toys-safety and cleaning

I have two questions:

Are McDonald's Happy Meal toys usually safe for a hedgehog?
What can I use to clean toys? are disinfectants okay?

I work at a McDonald's and so the toys are easy and free for me to take home. I just brought home some Build-a-Bear stuffed animals, some cars and trucks, and a little mini skateboard. It would be really nice if I could keep a collection for my little Icarus of these toys.

Thank you ahead of time for any replies!

It really depends on what kind of toy it is. If it's smooth and all plastic without any holes in it or anything, it might be just fine, but if it's something like a doll with fake hair, definitely not. You'd just have to check each toy to see if it's safe or not. I'm sure some would be fine, but some wouldn't be safe.
