Default Bonding Bags??

Does anyone have a bonding bag that allows them to "wear" their hedgehog? Or even just have any opinions of them? I've found some online like this one:

http://www.bloominhedgehogsproducts....ogcarriers.htm

but I'm wondering if it's worth the hefty price? If anyone has anything like this, does your hedgehog actually enjoy being in it? And do hedgehogs tend to "go" in things like this, because I can see that getting pretty messy.

I'm an online college student so I spend a lot of time sitting on the couch with my laptop, so I was thinking I could just get a regular hedgie bag (no straps) for my little guy to sleep in and get used to me. But, this bag just looks so cute...and maybe if I get a social one I could use it for little outings to places like PetsMart and look super fashionable at the same time, lol!

we actually used a thin cloth purse type thing and a fleece toboggan at an everythings a dollar store. we paid 2 dollars total and i actually like ours better due to the fact that i can remove the toboggan and use it in her house as a snuggle sack so it always has her scent and it is easier to wash. and lets not forget 2 dollars vs. 35

I sell bags like that, actually that person copies my things, but my bags are much larger and are made as carriers but can also be used for bonding. http://www.freewebs.com/thehedgieden...elitemsfor.htm

For siting on the couch with your laptop, all you need is a hedgie bag. When hedgie is at the shy stage or wanting to sleep, they don't try to escape anyways. Once they are coming out of the bag, then it's time to put away the computer and interact with your hedgehog.

I recommend Nancy as well. I unfortunately don't have any of her stuff right now, but I am sure they are as fantastic as everyone says.

Bloomin Hedgehogs does have a lot of things for sale that are not her own design.

well I do have alot of hedgie stuff that Nancy has made and I have to say I love all of it and its all extremely well made. In the 3 years I've been using her things I've had no problems at all.

YIKES! Sorry Nancy!! I noticed that her stuff looked like yours, but had no idea that she actually copies your stuff!! I'm really sorry for posting a link to that site here! (This post can totally be deleted...I've decided that it's probably not worth my money to buy a bag like that anyways!)

And thanks for the tip dorasdaddy...I may have to hit up the Dollar Tree to see if I can find what you used and maybe make a cheap one of my own!

Doh! I wish I had known about Nancy's.

I *just* bought one similar to the second front pack, but with no window. The one I found did have a removable liner though. (Well, by removable, I mean you can pull it out - like, it's not sewn to the bottom of the bag. It's still sewn in place though at the top.)

I've found that if I put Eva in a tray of yesterday's news for about 5 or so minutes before letting her cuddle, she gets all of her business done ahead of time though.

i really would like a similar thing, but more like a sling! one hedgie owner made her own:

im not good at sewing or anything, so i wouldn't dare attempt making one myself. i wish someone did...:[
