Default WHS? Near death?

My hedgehog Korra is anemic. She has been anemic for about 3 months. Meaning that every time she urinates, she also pees blood. Today I noticed she has not been eating, drinking, running and is overall lethargic. The energy is sucked right out of her. She will take a few steps and fall onto her side and just lay there. She won't move. She doesn't react to anything such as sound, me touching her face, she's motionless. Could it be WHS? A symptom of her being anemic? Perhaps even dying?
Things I've done:
- I am aware anemia is bad. I took her to the vet and she has been relying on medication. She's been perfectly fine until today
- Syringe fed her food and water.
- cry
- Tried to pamper her in case it is death

Get her back to the vet ASAP. She's probably bleeding into her uterus and will need to be spayed. Bleeding for 3 months is a medical emergency and should have been taken care of sooner. All you can do now is get her back to the vet and hope she's strong enough for surgery. She's not anemic she's suffering from blood loss.
