Default possible syringe feeding

I was wondering when i should start thinking about or doing syringe feeding. Our new hedgie was born 1/11 and we went and got her on Saturday and brought her home. She's been sleeping a lot as younger ones do, but has also been wheeling at nights and in the early mornings when she wakes so it's not like she's sleeping constantly with inactivity, she just hasn't eaten yet and was wondering how much longer i should wait until i should try to syringe feed.

I should also note that she did eat a mealworm last night when we took her out for socialization and i plan on letting her be tonight to see if that would help. Also that i have noticed quills laying around every now and then, so it may just be a mix of quilling and new home and environment. i would like to hear any other opinions thanks!

Also forgot to add, the breeder feeds her hedgies Purina Once Chicken and Rice. She gave me enough for a couple weeks and of course i will be switching to better quality, just need her to hear what she has now!

When I brought my hedgie home she hardly ate or drank for the first 4-5 days. To stimulate her appetite I gave her some (like 1/2 teaspoon) canned cat food. I also added a new food in to her mix, just a few pieces at first, and after those first few days she began eating normally again. You can also try giving her things like sweet potatoes, eggs, cooked chicken, etc. and see if you can get her going that way. or baby food?
Good luck, i am not sure "when" you should syringe feed, but I would try those other things first since it has only been 2 days that you have had her.
