Can hedgehogs eat rice biscuits?

I have a 5 month old hedgehog and he loves trying new things, today I was playing with him and I has a bag of rice biscuits next to me and I wondered if it was possible to give him a little bit

Rice is technically hedgehog safe, and I do give my hedgehog rice flour baby puffs occasionally, but I'm not sure what other ingredients might be in the rice biscuits.
