Question Food replacement for old hedgehog

Heya, made this account because I'm not really sure what else to do.
My hedgehog is old and has been blind from birth. He's albino, and about 7 years old now. He's slowing down, and I know it will be time to put him to rest soon, perhaps even this month. But for the time being, I need to find a replacement food for him.
He's no longer eating his dry food, as it is too hard for him to eat. I try to soften it with water but, he just doesn't want it anymore. He will eat the treats I give him, just not the dry food. I've heard that Hedgehogs can also eat baby food/wet cat food? What would be the best brand and/or mixture to give an old man? I love him and despite knowing it's time soon, I still want to give him the best <3

Disclaimer that his quality of life isn't bad yet, he still eats treats, drinks his water, walks around the enclosure, gets angry at me and curl up when I try to touch him(Hates people), ect. He's just slower now than he used to be.
Couple of pictures of him from last month for your viewing enjoyment!

Baby food is not good for them as a meal replacement; it will be lacking in several vitamins and minerals and is not a food replacement for a hedgehog - it will just add to his list of troubles.

Try looking for a high quality wet cat food; something that is literal mush and not meaty chunks. Pates are good for this, or something like Meowing heads & AATU which are high quality brands and will be easy for a older hog to eat.
