Default Should I Change Her Diet?

Hello again,
In August I took in a six year old female hedgehog. When I got her she didn’t seem to be super well taken care of, it was obvious the old owner really did love her but just didn’t know how to take care of her correctly.
She’s currently eating Ultra-Blend Select Hedgehog Diet (I’m sure I could find a link if someone needs to look at it). I’m aware that this isn’t good for her but I was told by the old owner that she raised her from a baby and has been eating that food for six years. My question is, would it still be safe to change her food if she’s been eating it for six years? I would like to add in that she’s very picky. I’ve tried some different treats since I’ve gotten her (chicken, strawberry, wet cat food etc) and she hasn’t been at all interested in any. Her old owner said she tried treats as well and had no luck.

Thank you in advance for your help, I’ve been very stressed over this as I have no idea what to do 🙂

It would be safe to swap the over yes, however if she picky I would try getting the smallest bag and then giving a couple bits in with her current food and see what she makes them - if she eats it or not. If she does then make that swap slowly
Week1 25% new 75% old
Week2 50% new 50% old
Week3 75% new 25% old
Week4 100% new
Monitor and do it slower if you need so two weeks of each if thats what you need

Also when you try chicken if you want her to eat it try leaving it in with her food over night - things have to be tried 30 times before you can say they don't like it.
