Food and treats(??)
Hi again!
I know it has been a bit but I am still deciding whether to get a hedgehog. One thing that has been bugging me to know, though, are their treats for hedgehogs? If not, could they have other pet treats, if so, which ones? I also need to know what food hedgehogs need, have you got any recommended brands? Thanks if you reply. hufflepuff hedgehog p.s. Treats for hedgehogs tend to be things like plain cooked meat, fruit and vegetables which I believe should also be cooked as they cant digest then properly and cooking them breaks a lot of the parts they struggle to digest down.
Should read the stikie on the safe and dangerous ones. Some cat and dog treats are okay, but should always check ingredients like you would with food. Treats made for rodents are no good. As for food theres also a good stickie for looking at ingridents and nutritions as well as recomnded brands. Which would be good for looking at as well Last edited by Ria; 10-15-2018 at 03:47 PM. |
