Default Switching brands, best way

Annabelle is currently on a blend of Innova (low fat, adult cat food [pink packaging]) and Authority weight control and hairball management.
I want to switch her to a combination of:
Chicken Soup Light Cat Food http://www.petvalu.com/in-our-store/pro ... t-cat-food
Solid Gold Katz-N-Flocken Adult (Lamb) http://www.petvalu.com/in-our-store/pro ... adult-lamb
Natural Balance Green Pea & Duck http://www.petvalu.com/in-our-store/pro ... n-pea-duck

I know about the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 rule of how much to feed per week, but how do I go weaning her off the old food and adding in the new food? Should I add one at a time, should there be a wait time in between? I think this new combination will be healthier for her and I like how it offers her more variety in terms of which meats are used.
All of the new foods are available at PEtValu, I was shopping at PetSmart before, I just want to go to one store, not two.

She also recently attempted hibernation and is healing well, just letting you guys know if this affects anything.

I always just mix the new foods and start adding them into the old. Take it slow and ensure your hedgehog is eating and isn't losing any weight before increasing the mix.

Some hedgehogs can be very resistant to change. So watch closely. I have had a couple now who wouldn't eat at all when a new food was mixed in. They didn't like change. I ended up having to mix the old and new foods together to let the new take the smell/taste of the old before we could start the transition.
