Default Hedgehog um... "Boy Parts" Question

So I know this topic is a little taboo here since it's an all-ages forum, but I'm getting a little worried and have to ask. I hope it's alright. (If you know you shouldn't be reading this, stop now!)

Finnick doesn't seem to bother with boy time. I haven't caught him at it yet. He does however stick his penis alllll the way out after we've been playing. If I let him dig in the fleece for mealworms or he has a dust bath, he'll flop onto his side and out comes the monster.

There is never anything stuck to it and it looks normal in relation to the pictures I've found. But it isn't the length of my pinky finger, it's 4 inches. I am not exaggerating. He never leaves it out longer than a few seconds and he's only done it 4 times now. He doesn't lick it or touch it, just sticks it out then puts it away. Is this normal? Could it be the start of a urinary tract infection?

Background info:
He's eating and drinking normally, he's on a mix of Blue Buffalo, Acana, and Halo. He's urinating as frequently as usual and with the same volume. His poops look good. He's on fleece, his temperature is between 76 and 78, he has a 12 hour day/night light cycle. He's very active. He's 280 grams. He had a basic check up when I got him and everything looked good. He hasn't been knocked out for any bloodwork or anything like that.

Any ideas about why he's doing this?

Thanks!

I think it's normal, my males do this too. Sometimes they arch their backs but other times it just comes out and they seem to do nothing with it.

And yes, hedgehog males are pretty well endowed
