Question Embedded in his skink

I bought this hedgehog last week when I got him he had something stuck to his skin kinda look like poop embedded in his quills. I gave him a bath when we got home but it had not come out. Not really sure what it is or what to do.

I can't tell anything from those pictures. Is it possible to get pictures that aren't fuzzy?

I'm sorry but I don't know what that is. You might want to take him to a vet to have it checked out.
