Default slowly!

You cannot change their food suddenly. You must do it slowly. For example, 1/4 new, 3/4 old for a week or so, then 1/2 and 1/2, etc. Give them back the old food and see if they will eat. If they refuse the new food then you cannot use it - for some reason they don't like it.
How old are they? Did you just get them?
If they are older they might have something wrong with their teeth. Try giving soft food and see what happens.
