Unhappy About aloe vera tissues

Hi!
I searched a bit about aloe vera around the forum and read that it is concidered toxic (parts of the plant) but others found it helpful with their hedgies' skin and quills issues. I am not planning to use any aloe vera oils or lotions. I just used some aloe vera wet toilet tissues to pick up poop from Marquis de Sade's wheel and I was wondering if it would be better to just use kitchen paper instead. What do you think?

Wow! I'm glad you brought this up as I haven't even heard anything about it but should have asked I guess... Wipes I use to wipe down the wheel have aloe vera in it. I do hope it's okay. I just started using them last night.

I hope there is someone who knows more on the topic.. I only used them once today but if you think about it, they have cleaning substances that stay on the wheel if you do not rinse and we can not be sure that they are not toxic if the hedgie breaths them. Hmm..
