What kind of bedding is he on? Is it a paper bedding or wooden shavings? Both of those things can be dusty and can cause sneezing. If this is what you're seeing, try cleaning out his cage and putting a piece of fleece or an old pillowcase in the bottom. See if the sneezing stops by tomorrow. If it does, he's probably reacting to the bedding, so it would be best to use fleece liners for him from now on.

If he is still sneezing even after you change the bedding, and/or if he has crackly breathing, a very runny nose, etc., he NEEDS to go to a vet. It's not an option - URIs (upper respiratory infections, basically a cold) can turn into pneumonia very quickly in hedgehogs, and pneumonia can kill a hedgehog in no time at all. Do what you have to - just try to get him to a vet. If you can't afford one no matter what, then contact the Hedgehog Welfare Society and see if they have a rescue station who can take Skipper and get him the vet care he needs. I don't want to sound mean, telling you to give up your hedgie. But if he needs vet care, he needs vet care, whether or not you can afford it. Please do what's best for him and make sure he is seen, no matter what you have to do. He depends on you.

Edit: Make sure you're keeping him warm as well, especially if he is sick. Hedgehogs need to be kept at 73-78*F, and need to have 12-14 hours of light during the day. If he doesn't get both of those things, he can get sick very easily, and it can get worse even faster.

If he has a URI, he'll need antibiotics prescribed by the vet.

Be careful with towels - hedgehogs can get their nails stuck in the loops. If you have a fleece blanket, flannel baby blanket, or an old pillowcase, use one of those instead, they're safer. Fingers crossed that he's just reacting to the dusty paper bedding.
