3-4 years old wouldn't be quilling anymore.

Have you noticed if she's scrathing a lot? Can you see bald spots on her back? I'm asking because quill loss is usually caused by mites.

How long have you had her?

Aside from having possible case of mites (please please PLEASE do your research into mites, and know to never ever let a vet near your hedgehog with ivermectin)...

If she has been with her old owner for over 3 years, then got rehomed, she could be losing quills due to stress. So if you've only had her for a few weeks, signs of stress will still be showing as quill loss.

How is her eating, drinking and wheeling?

What does her skin look like? Is it overly dry or perhaps crusty?

Hi,
sorry it took so long to get back, her skin is dry but I'm still giving her a bath every 2 weeks or when she gets pretty dirty from her wheel. She is still eating good and drinking good. But now she doesn't like her super worms. lol . But shes also stubborn too. Im still pretty confused of what to do, any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Cody.H
