Default Sickness

Today I woke up this morning to find that Boris had been sick twice in his cage over night. From what I can see it is just his regular Iams dry cat food that he has bought up. He hasn't ever been sick before and he wasn't fed anything other than his regular food that he has been having since we first got him around 8 months ago. I wondered whether he has maybe been eating then ran on his wheel which made him vomit but this has never happened to him previously so I'm not sure why it would cause this now.

He appears to have drunk some of his water as usual, and when I got him out last night he seemed perfectly fine and his usual little self.

Has anyone experienced a similar thing before?

Where did he vomit? Could he have maybe choked on a kibble or something? That sometimes makes them vomit as they try to get it dislodged. If he seems normal & it doesn't happen again, I wouldn't worry too much. But if it does occur again, it'd be a good idea to try & narrow down a cause and/or get him to the vet for a check up.
