Looks like it could possibly be ringworm, in which you would need to get a skin test and ringworm check, or it could possibly be a fungal/bacterial infection. I would go back to the vet and ask her to check. Has it healed any or gotten worse? Has she had this since you got her? Have you shown any signs of ringworm?

The vet was the first to notice it last week, he seemed to be fairly unconcerned about it and it really hasn't changed much at all since then but if i had to say it may have gotten a bit bigger, I have not shown any signs of ringworm however from what ive read it could still be in its incubation period on me and therefore i might not know.

I don't think their are any otc drugs since it's very tricky and sometimes painful to treat, did your vet take amy kinds of tests when you brought it in? She didn't say anything about it? Hopefully one of the older breeders on here can come in with more expertise. I have had ringworm and so did my dog and it was horrible. Ugh and it hurt.

My hedgehog Molly had a severe ringworm problem. She didn't have any sores like that. She had a lot of dry, flaky skin and then she started losing quills and developed some bald patches on her back.
Ringworm sucks to treat. And you can get it from your hedgehog. I think Molly (who was the tiniest little hedgehog) was on medication for a good 4 months I think. You have to keep treating them until you get two negative skin scrapings back. I'm not sure what the sore on her belly is, but ringworm doesn't come to mind for me. Although if you are worried you could bring her in to get tested.
