My hedgie is 2 years old now and for the past few days she is sleeping constantly. Usialy she comes out at 7:30pm on the dot and plays untill about 6am but recently I have to get her out to wake her up. Ive been waking her up at abour 8 but she'll fall asleep again when shes out of her cage for a while. Shes really moody to which is unlike her. I'm just really worried because shes sleeping way to much and last night I got her out and she was in her hidy hole lead on her belly with arms and legs spread out not in a ball which is really weird. Any suggestions

What's the temperature of her cage? Is she eating and drinking normally?

Do you have a thermometer in the cage? You need to know the exact temperature. It could be too cold or too hot. Heat mats aren't recommended because they overheat quickly and have caused burns. They only heat the bottom of the cage, not the whole cage. This can cause hedgehogs to stay on the heating mat where it's warmer than the rest of the cage, rather than being active.
So you might want to switch to better heating options like a CHE (ceramic heat emitter) or a space heater. You also need a thermostat, which controls your heating device. Without a thermostat you cannot control the heat and it can get way too hot. Splatting (on their belly with the legs sticking out) can be a sign of overheating. Does her poop look normal? Does she walk normal, no other signs of strange behaviour besides the sleeping? Did you change anything in her environment recently?
