Default Is he growing normal, or too fat?

Just wondered if Sparkle is growing normal or fat?
Here is his measures:
7/26/2010 - 4.4oz (125 g)
7/29/2010 - 5 oz (142 g) (8 weeks old)
8/2/2010 - 5.6 oz (159 g)
8/5/2010 - 7 oz (198 g)

Thanks!

Most owners use grams to weigh a hedgie. So I converted it.
7/26/2010 - 4.4oz = 124 grams
7/29/2010 - 5 oz (8 weeks old) = 141 grams
8/2/2010 - 5.6 oz = 158 grams

That does not seem like he is getting to fat. You should also find out how big his parents are. I have some adults that are 250 - 300 grams and others that are 500 - 600 grams.

Xb, I saw your pictures too-& they are lovely! And good for you - you went from an aquarium with wood chips to a cage with fleece. I bet you both like it a lot better!
As far as weight, it's like with people, there is room for variety. My Cholla is less than 4 months old & he's 305 grams.

You should try weighing him at the same time each day, that might help regulate the numbers better.

I did measured him the same time every day, I don't think that's his poop weight, because he already poo. LOL
