Default 7 weeks too early for quilling?

My little Cinnabun turns 7 weeks old today, but when I got her out for play time last night, I noticed their were alot of loose quills in her hedgie bag. Probably at least 10, maybe more. I couldn't find any bald spots, but I also couldn't tell if there were any little new quills coming in anywhere.

She's on liners, so I don't think it would be mites?

With her age I would guess she is just quilling.

I got Turbo at 7 weeks and he was quilling the day i got him. He quilled till he was 4 mths old though, which is apparently not normal, but he stopped at 4 mths and hasnt since and hes over 6 mths now. They're little grumpsters when quilling

Sophie quilled from 7 weeks straight through until 8 1/2 weeks, stopped for a day or two and then went until 11 weeks! Barely a rest in there. Now I'm not finding more than one every few days and she's in her 12th week.

Yep, I gave her a bath tonight with Aveeno, and once she was wet, I could see all the new quills starting to poke up. Phew!
