I wish I knew what to tell you! I know if you clipped their nails and cause them to bleed, putting the foot in flour eases the pain. Not sure if she is in pain or not though. Maybe you could run water for a foot bath to put her in and try to get a good look.

I tried the foot bath she's really fussy about her feet and the skin is like dangling and I just feel awful for the poor little hedge and in freaking out I just hope she's gonna be okay

That sounds bad, but she's probably okay. Just watch her closely. Also, hopefully someone with more experience will have something to add. Like whether or not she should have her wheel tonight..

Was it hot enough that she could have gotten burned from the pavement? Sounds like you already gave her a bath, that's good, keep the area clean. You can try to put a little neosporin on the area too. I would make sure the bedding is clean and fresh, and remove her wheel for a night or two so she can heal.

I think it was only in the 70s but maybe it was too hot for her little feet and not us I let her walk in neosporin spray cause she wouldn't let me touch it her cage was pretty clean and I'm going to get more bedding today and I took the wheel out thank you!
