Talking Boy parts question - Is this normal? :(

Hi all
I was under the impression that the penis is able to exit the penile sheath - but when Clark extends his, only a portion leaves the sheath and the remainder stretches his belly skin and stays inside; his sheath gets shoved forward, which looks uncomfortable. The skin is translucent and I can see the penis extended inside his belly. I tried to flip him over for a better view but he won't allow it.

I have never had a boy before; does this indicate any sort of problem?

As indicated in a previous post, he is also urinating one drop at a time.

Otherwise, he behaves as I would hope him to.

He could have a UTI. Take him into the vet. If he is only dribbling urine in small amounts he could be in pain.

Some boys just tend to dribble, though if it seems like there's an abnormal amount of time between drops I agree, he may be uncomfortable and might have a UTI. It's normal for them to only partially "extend" themselves, whether during urinating or when aroused, I wouldn't worry. Most of their boy parts can be visible at times under the skin but it'd be pretty abnormal to see the whole thing out.
