Default Bump on her face

We noticed a bump on our sweet Poppy's face tonight. It is on her right cheek. Just under her eye. It doesn't seem to be bothering her, she's eating and drinking, active and no changes in personality when we have her out to "play". To me it seems like she has scratched herself or is an ingrown hair. She will be four months Wednesday. My mind is racing, we haven't had enough time with her! I'm attaching a photo in the hopes of some insight. I'm trying to find a vet in the city that will take her.

There could be a couple of things: it could just be an ingrown hair or scratch, it could be a tooth infection, or it could be something more sinister. Unfortunately these guys are so prone to lumps and bumps that the best course of action is to have them checked out by a vet ASAP. Being prey animals, they often will not show signs of illness until things have progressed rapidly.

Hopefully it is nothing, but it's better to be safe than sorry. No one here can really give you an idea as to what it likely is; it's really something only a vet can do. Remain positive, and hope for the best! She's got her age in her favour, so I hope it's an easy fix and nothing serious.

Were you able to get her to a vet?
