Default Please help small lump and some sort nodule

Please can anyone tell me what this is?
There's a small swelling under paw and some sort of nodule. I'm so afraid in case it's serious. April is in excellent health otherwise, eats and drinks well. Can anyone enlighten me. Thank you

I'm not really sure doesn't look very good, but could still be minor, I'd go to a vet and see what they say. Sorry that's the best advice I've got.

Thank you. She's had tumours removed from ovaries, dreading in case her cancer has spread, she is so beautiful.

It could be but then it might not be its really hard to tell, I think its something best looked at by a vet to get some tests done too.
She is very cute, sounds like she has gone through a lot too poor baby.

Get her in to see a veterinarian. At the location it appears to be in from the images it looks like it could be a nipple. If it is, its very enlarged and needs attention. Could be nothing more than its gotten an infection, or with her history it could be another tumor. Best to have it looked at.
