Default Lack of activity

Hey guys, me and my girlfriend have 2 hedgehogs, sonic and porky, I work full time and she stays home full time, we try to bond with them at least 30 minutes a day. But my hedge porky just does not want to use his wheel. When he’s out of his cage he is a little explorer and hates movements, like if he hears something move on the other side of the room he’s balling up 😂 but anyway we got him as a baby about 10 weeks old, and sadly we couldn’t get him a wheel till about 13 weeks old, now it’s been 2 weeks with the wheel and he poops under it pees under it, and let me add he pees enough to cover a corner of his cage in urine, he moves the wheel around his cage but never uses it, I’ve tried a little bit of flour to see if he uses it at night, but I notice he likes he stare out of his cage at our bed, behind his wheel. A little background info, they are kept in the same bedroom but different cages, they both use fleece bedding, porkys male, when we got him from the breeder, she had him on Purina cat food, but we’ve managed to switch him over to some hedgehog food same stuff sonic eats regularly. Sonic is a female. Any help would be great I’ve been reading through a couple peoples posts and see this isn’t an abnormal issue just trying to find out as much information as possible
