Default big bump on lip

hazel is a little over a year old and about a week ago a friend was looking at her and tried to touch her quills while she was eating and this made her roll up into a ball very fast

About 30 minutes after that I noticed a bump on her lip and I assumed she hit it off the edge of her bowl when she rolled up because I heard a thud when she curled up, I didn't do anything about it thinking it would be gone in a few days but if anything it looks like it could have gotten bigger. Now I am worrying it could be something else and that she is sick

If the lump has got bigger then go to the vet asap.
From what Ik lumps on humans and animals if they get bigger its very possible to be a tumour.
I'm not a vet though so I cant really say much, but I'd defiantly get her to a vet asap if the lump has got bigger not better then I'd wanna get it checked out.

It could be anything from an infection to a tumour. Only a vet will be able to say which one it is.
