Default Green mucus in water bowl

When I went to change Star's cage this morning there was some kind of green mucus in his water bowl. He ate, drank, wheeled, pooped and played overnight so there's nothing notable there. One of his biscuit mix is green so maybe the colour is from that, he also had a small amount of a new food last night so maybe he's just reacted badly to the diet change. What might it have been otherwise? Is it something to be worried about? Thanks
