Default Help! What if he ate this?

Attached is a pic of my hoodie. I think Knuckles ate two teeth of my hoodie's zipper. He always loves to bite it when cuddling. Usually I immediately notice and just tell him to chill out and go back to sleep. Anyways, I don't know if he swallowed them or they naturally fell off from wear and tear of being an old hoodie of mine.

Are these two zipper teeth small enough to get cycled naturally? (It may be too late to check each dropping as a day or two probably passed). What should I look out for? What should be the cut-over of an investigation (prompting a vet x-ray)? Please help. Knuckles is just too cute to fall victim to pain or death.

Hey there! Thanks for asking, it’s an important issue. I’m not a doctor, I’m not a vet, and you should never diagnose anything online. Buuut, I’d say give it 48 hours. If you can’t find them on the floor or your lap etc, he might have ingested them. Zipper teeth are small, but they’re also metal, which is never good in a body. Make sure you’re watching him like a hawk over the next two days- if he’s eating, drinking, excreting waste, and moving around like normal, it shouldn’t be a problem. If you want to go the extra mile, check the poop! You might find them in the poop and if you do, yay. But, if he starts acting lethargic, stops eating, isn’t himeslf- take him to the vet! It could end up being serious, but let’s hope for the best! Hope this helps!

I suppose the other question would also be, has anyone else had this or similar occurrence?
