Default Obese

I've read on several sites that Hedgehogs are prone to obesity.
I'd like to know if its true, and if it is, how can I tell if my hedghog is obese or not?
Is there a certain way he must walk or look?

If you look from the top if the sides are sunken in the hedgie is underweight, if it's teardrop shape it's in good shape, and if the hedgie can't roll into a ball or looks very round it's a big chubby

I just looked at my hedgehog, and he seems to be under weight, according to your chart.
Which surprised me alot since he's a pretty big boy.
How can I get him to gain weight?
